Speak to an expert

It is more often advisable to have pre-application discussions with the Local Planning Authority before submitting a formal application for certain projects. We can provide support by attending or representing our clients during these discussions. This is beneficial because it allows us to start a dialogue with Planning Officers early on.
This proactive approach is wise because it helps to ensure that the pre-application submission is thorough and well-prepared, which can save money on costly documents and architectural plans that may be required for a full planning application.
So if you want to build a new home or develop land or property, you’re almost certainly going to need a planning application consultant as part of the team. At Approved Planning we would be delighted to discuss your needs with one of our consultants.
